Belgrade Metro and FTN from Kosovska Mitrovica signed a Cooperation Agreement

Today, the delegation of the PUC "Belgrade Metro and Train", together with representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, stayed in Beijing, where they visited the headquarters of the Power China company and attended an official meeting organized as part of a friendly visit, which confirms the continuous and successful cooperation on the implementation of the construction project of the Belgrade Metro, as well as the strong friendship that connects the two parties.

Signed Contract for the Design and Construction of the First Line of the Belgrade Metro and Finance On December 19, 2025, the Government of the Republic of Serbia signed the Contract for the Design and Construction of the Traffic System for Line 1 Phase 1 of the Belgrade Metro, as well as the Financial Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of France, which made one of the key steps in the implementation of this strategic infrastructure project.

Delegation of PUC "Belgrade Metro and Train" visiting Guangzhou: exchange of experiences with one of the most developed metro systems in the world
The delegation of JKP "Belgrade Metro and Train" Belgrade, led by coordinators Goran Mandić and Mirko Vranešević, stayed from November 17 to 21, 2025 in Guangzhou, People's Republic of China, at the invitation of Guangzhou Metro Group. The visit was carried out on the occasion of participation in the Guangzhou International Rail Transit Exhibition 2025, and the program included a series of technical visits, working sessions and bilateral meetings with the hosts.

A delegation from the CRDC company visited PUC "Belgrade Metro and Train"
As part of the continuation of intensive activities on the construction project of the Belgrade metro, PUK "Belgrade Metro and Train" Belgrade hosted a delegation from China Railway Design Corporation Serbia (CRDC). The visit was organized with the aim of deepening technical cooperation and strategic dialogue, as well as coordinating further activities on the development of project-technical documentation for the future line 3 of the Belgrade metro.

The regional ACES conference entitled "Future trends in the construction industry 2025" was held on October 30 and 31, 2025 in the Sava Center, organized by the Association for the Construction Industry of Serbia (ACES) with the participation of leading experts in the field of construction, architecture and infrastructure development. Within the framework of numerous panels and presentations, topics of key importance for the industry were discussed, from the management of large projects, the application of digitization and artificial intelligence, to modern approaches to sustainable development and inclusive design.

The South East European Tunneling Conference - SETC 2025 and the 11th ITA Tunneling Awards were held from October 1 to 3, 2025 in Belgrade, bringing together the world's leading experts, companies and institutions in the field of tunneling and underground construction. This year's conference was dedicated to innovation, sustainability, safety and the exchange of experiences among international partners, and the city of Belgrade became the center of a global dialogue on the future of underground infrastructure over the course of three days.
