In the premises of PUC "Belgrade Metro and Train", an introductory meeting was held on the occasion of the presentation of new local members of the Alstom team, who in the coming period will be engaged in providing support for the implementation of the Belgrade Metro project.
The aim of the meeting was to introduce the new team members to the representatives of PUC "Belgrade Metro and Train" and PMC, as well as to present their roles, responsibilities and areas of engagement within the project. Through mutual representation, key contacts were established that will contribute to more efficient coordination of activities and daily cooperation of all participants.
During the meeting, they discussed the organization of future communication, the way of coordinating project activities and cooperation models that will contribute to the successful implementation of upcoming tasks. The participants exchanged initial information and agreed on the basic principles of future cooperation, which laid good foundations for the efficient continuation of work on the project.
Such meetings represent an important step in strengthening partnership relations, improving communication and establishing effective cooperation between all parties involved in the implementation of the project.
The meeting was attended by representatives of PUC "Belgrade Metro and Train", Alstom and PMC.
