A kick-off coordination meeting bringing together all key stakeholders involved in the Belgrade Metro project was held today at the premises of the Public Utility Company “Belgrade Metro and Train”.
The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Public Utility Company “Belgrade Metro and Train”, the Project Manager, the Master Integrator – Ingerop, the Contractor – PowerChina, and Alstom. A number of representatives from the international project teams also joined the meeting via an online platform.
The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the roles and responsibilities of all project participants, establish effective communication and coordination mechanisms, and define the framework for cooperation throughout the upcoming phases of project implementation.
Given that the Belgrade Metro project brings together leading international companies specializing in design, construction, and railway systems, continuous coordination and close collaboration among all stakeholders are essential prerequisites for the successful delivery of the project.
The kick-off coordination meeting marks the beginning of intensive cooperation among all project teams, reflecting their shared commitment to the efficient implementation of one of the most significant infrastructure projects currently underway in the Republic of Serbia.
