Power Construction Corporation of China is an international state-owned company specializing in the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects in the fields of energy, transport and urban development. With significant experience in the construction of railway and metro infrastructure around the world, the company has high technical and organizational capacities for the implementation of complex construction works.

Within the framework of the Belgrade Metro project, Power China participates in the implementation of infrastructure works, applying modern engineering standards, technical solutions and project management procedures in accordance with international practice.

RATP Dev is an international company present in 16 countries, specialized in the management, operation and maintenance of public transport systems, including regional railways, metro, tram and bus networks. As part of the RATP group, which builds, operates and maintains one of the busiest metro systems in Europe – in Paris, the company has significant experience in organizing, optimizing and ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of urban transport.

Within the Belgrade Metro project, RATP Dev is positioned as the future operator and is involved in the early stages of the project development. Its mission is to contribute to the establishment of operational standards, the development of management models and the preparation of systems for the efficient, reliable and safe provision of public transport services, in line with international best practices and with a strong focus on service quality and user experience, with the aim of transforming mobility in the capital of Serbia.

Deutsche Bahn is the national railway company of the Federal Republic of Germany and one of the leading rail transport operators in Europe. The company operates a developed passenger and freight network, as well as complex rail infrastructure systems, applying high standards of safety, efficiency and sustainability.

Through its engagement in the Belgrade Metro project, Deutsche Bahn provides expert support in the field of operational planning, system organization and rail transport management, with the aim of establishing a reliable and modern model for the functioning of the future network.

Egis is an international engineering and consulting company specialized in the design, technical supervision and management of complex infrastructure projects in the fields of transport, urban development and energy. With significant experience in the implementation of railway and metro systems around the world, the company provides expert support in all phases of development.

Within the Belgrade Metro project, Egis contributes to the implementation of modern engineering standards, quality control and improvement of technical solutions, with the aim of ensuring a functional, safe and long-term sustainable public transport system.

China Railway Design Corporation (CRDC) was founded in 1953 in Tianjin, originally named “The Third Railway Survey and Design Institute Group Corporation” as the only design bureau directly subordinate to the state-owned railway enterprise “China Railway”. The company’s main activities include the preparation of technical documentation, continuous technical supervision, consulting services, turnkey project implementation and project management in the field of railway and urban rail transport, road transport and other fields. It currently employs about 4,800 people. The company has established and owns the following laboratories: “Joint State-Local Engineering Laboratory for Rail System Surveying” and “State Laboratory for Digital Construction and Assessment Techniques for Urban Rail Systems”. CRDC has successfully completed the survey and design of more than 46,000 kilometers of railways, accounting for one-third of the total operational length of China's railway network, and over 11,000 kilometers of high-speed railways, accounting for about 40% of the total length of high-speed railways in China. In addition, CRDC has designed metro lines and integrated transportation hubs in several cities. As the main designer, CRDC has successfully completed the projects of 60 urban rail transit lines in 16 cities. It has successfully completed the medium- and long-term network planning, construction planning, survey work, and design of urban rail networks.

Louis Berger Adria has been present in the Western Balkans since the 1970s. During that time, they have gained extensive experience in various sectors, including transport, environmental protection, buildings and facilities, as well as economic and institutional development. In the last 20 years, they have implemented more than 120 contracts for clients from the public and private sectors. Their work covers all phases of a project, from general design, financing and pre-feasibility studies, through all levels of design including feasibility and environmental studies, to professional supervision and maintenance. Louis Berger d.o.o. from Serbia was founded on February 26, 2010 as a consulting company with extensive experience in various markets, including transport (roads, bridges, railways, ports and airports), infrastructure, environmental protection (water supply, wastewater and solid waste management), facilities and plants, as well as economic and institutional development. Their expertise covers the entire project life cycle: from general planning and pre-feasibility studies, through conceptual solutions and conceptual designs, preparation of projects for building permits and development of projects for the execution of works, to professional supervision and maintenance. Their core services include project management, expert supervision, technical assistance, multidisciplinary design, traffic safety engineering, public procurement support, professional recruitment, research and analysis, as well as capacity building, which allows them to provide efficient, sustainable and high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of clients. The company has extensive experience in the implementation of highways, roads, railways, bridges and tunnels, with support throughout the entire project life cycle. It has successfully implemented significant railway and road programs in Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia. Louis Berger is the recipient of international awards, including awards for supervision of the construction of the Ada Bridge in Belgrade and the E75 motorway in Serbia. Their company applies FIDIC contract standards and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates, as well as relevant national company licenses.

Co-designing is a design and engineering company specializing in the architectural and urban design of infrastructure and public facilities.

Through an integrated design approach, the company combines functional, technical and aesthetic solutions in accordance with modern planning and construction standards.

Within the framework of the Belgrade Metro project, Co-designing participates in the development of architectural and spatial urban solutions, contributing to the functionality, recognition and integration of future stations and accompanying infrastructure into the urban environment of the city.
