In order to create the conditions for a hydrotechnical solution for the management of surface and underground water in the part of the Makiško polje covered by the border of the Plan for the detailed regulation of the part of the Makiško polje, which is currently being developed, and based on the General Regulation Plan of the construction area of the seat of the local government of the city of Belgrade - units XII and XIII, the municipalities of Čukarica and Savski venac ("Official list of the city of Belgrade" no. 20/16, 97/16, 69/17 and 97/17) it is planned to develop Previous justification studies with the General Hydrotechnical Solution Project of Makiško polje. This General Project covers an area of about 671ha.
