The development of the Detailed Regulation Plan for the Makiško Field, Čukarica City Municipality, was started on the basis of the Decision on the Development of the Detailed Regulation Plan for the Makiško Field, Čukarica City Municipality ("Official Gazette of the City of Belgrade" no. 3/17) which was adopted by the Belgrade City Assembly at the session held on January 26, 2017, and at the initiative of the Directorate for Building Land and Construction of Belgrade. highway bypasses, Savska magistrala, Andy Warhol Street, Milorad Jovanović Street, and areas intended for railway facilities in accordance with the Decision on the development of a detailed regulation plan for the area of ​​the "Makiš" railway station, City Municipality of Čukarica ("Official Gazette of the City of Belgrade", number 51/14), with road and infrastructure connections to the existing or planned network, with a total area of ​​about 680ha.
